Returns & Refunds

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know.

You may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. The product must be unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered in. Refunds will automatically issue to the same payment method used to purchase the goods.

To start a return, you can contact us and we'll provide the next steps. 

Return labels are not provided and you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Any promotional gifts received with products must also be returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
